We are customer service orientated at Davidson's Falconry and want you to be happy with your purchase. Like most companies we will exchange your new, unused merchandise at your request within 10 days of your purchase. However, we will not refund any shipping charges that you incurred purchasing the product. This is typical of most online retailers. There will also be a restocking fee for large items such as the giant hoods (transport boxes) and recievers.
Special orders or custom orders are not returnable or refundable. Please be certain you clarify all of the details on a special order item before the purchase.
Exchanges on raptor hoods for sizing reasons or gloves for sizing reasons are never a problem as long as the merchandise is in new and resellable condition. You will be responsible for return shipping on all exchanges and returns.
